SIG Preparation for Exhibition @ Sunday (CLC2009 & 2010)

Dear all,

All people involve in this exhibition please attend:-

Date: 08-02-2009 (Sunday)
Time: 8PM - 12AM
Venue: CLC2009 and CLC2010

Please complete your group's tasks ASAP.
For people in Video group and Equipment group, please come to help others as well.
For people in Gaming group, you may need to come earlier on Sunday to get the color papers to print and photostat the Paramecium.

Attention: All people please bring RM10 and hand in to Kevin as the budget for this activity on Sunday.
After the event ends and money claimed from finance, Kevin will return the RM10 to each of you.

Lastly, all people please submit your Timetable ASAP to Evon Goh Xue Shuang, our secretary so that we can arrange the timetable to take care of the booth, thanks!

Games and Souvenirs:

Games:

- Incubate fingerprint -> see which hands is dirty and contain bacteria. [miss ong’s idea]

- Incubate different types of bacteria. Let the participants to guess the name of the bacteria by comparing the petri dishes with the chart [see the characteristic of each bacteria] The fastest group who complete the quiz will be the winner.

- Prepare few household detergent like soap, toothpaste, dettol, etc and let them see which is stronger to kill the bacteria.

- Ask question like pop quizzes based on the video. Those who can answer correctly will be given gifts


Souvenirs:

- Handmade bookmark (paramecium shaped) for those who come and visit our booth

- Buy some other gifts for the winners in the game. [depends on the budget]

- Color paper and ribbon for the bookmark.

Please follow the rules, or else the money would not be able to claim back.
