Meeting for (SIG) Bacteria and Human Life Awareness

Dear all,
Proposal has been submited and approved, exhibition set as:
Date: 11 - 13 Feb 2009 (Sem 3 Week 2, Wednesday to Friday)
Time: 10am - 5pm
Venue: CLC Concourse

Currently, I would like to have some division (sub committee) which responsible to:
1. Samples and Equipment --> just interact with Ms. Ong, borrow and take care of the things needed
2. Booth Decoration --> decorate the booth with attractive items and models
3. Promotion Team --> design banners and fliers, then spread them
4. Information Preparation --> prepare the information of bacteria with pictures and short description
5. Video Making --> make interesting video(s) related to bacteria
6. Games and Souvenirs --> think of fun games and small rewards gift to the winners


Please suggest if you have any other kind of ideas / suggestions :)
and most importantly, please ask your friends to join us, as we still need more man power to organize this event!

We'll have a short and relax meeting regarding the posts and tasks after final exam.
Yes don't be stress, it's just a small talk and discussion, no need to prepare anything except think of what task you like to do before u come.

you may suggest other types of bacteria related to our daily life too! anyway just lack of samples to show people =)
